Marketing Messages: Remember This Toyota Tag?

Back in the 1980’s Toyota Automobiles ran an advertising campaign that closed with a jingle that went “You Asked For It, You’ve Got It, Toyota!”. It was beautiful in it’s simplicity. Likewise, when you are designing portable trade show exhibits it is important to keep in mind that less is better, clean is cool. An exhibit that can be viewed at the above link for Intel is a good example. They are so well known that, in spite of all the things they could say on their booth, they kept the message as simple as it could be. The total sum of the copy on the booth is: “Intel”.
